Terms of Use

Last updated August 16, 2026. These terms cover the Pilot Car 4 Hire website and iOS app.

The service

Pilot Car 4 Hire is a free public directory. Carriers can browse listings with no account. Pilot car operators may create a free account and publish one listing so carriers can contact them directly.

We do not broker loads, take a commission, or sit in the middle of your calls and emails.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You may delete your account at any time in the iOS app under Account → Settings, or by emailing team@pilotcar4hire.com. Deleting your account removes your listing from the directory.

Listings

Only list a service you actually offer
Keep phone, email, states, and location current
Do not post anyone else’s information without permission
Do not post spam, scams, or misleading claims

Listings are public. We may edit or remove a listing that is inaccurate, reported, or violates these terms.

Using the directory

You may use the directory to find and contact listed pilot cars for legitimate escort work. You may not scrape the site, copy the directory for a competing product, or use listings for spam or harassment.

No professional warranty

Listings are provided by the operators themselves. We do not verify licenses, insurance, or certifications. You are responsible for confirming that a driver is qualified before you hire them.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the directory is complete, current, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pilot Car 4 Hire is not liable for any damages arising from use of the directory, including hiring decisions, missed loads, or disputes between carriers and drivers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, because the service is free.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
